How do remote sessions work?
"..I [had] been feeling stressed, overwhelmed and emotional. I [had] not been sleeping well, waking a lot in the night with anxiety.
Paula carried out Body Code work remotely on me and cleared energies from my field that were not serving me.
The next day I felt exhausted! The day after that, I felt like me again! Everything felt easy, much less overwhelming and life was in perspective once again..."
Remote sessions are based on the understanding that the body and mind are part of an interconnected system. Modern physics has shown that the world is far more linked and responsive than it appears on the surface. Although holistic therapies don’t rely on quantum physics, some scientific ideas offer helpful ways of thinking about how connection may occur at a distance.
Researchers exploring human connection have suggested that complex systems — including people — can show subtle, non‑local correlations. These ideas draw on concepts such as emergent entanglement, which proposes that living systems may influence one another in ways that aren’t limited by physical proximity. While this research is still theoretical, it mirrors what many of Paula's clients naturally experience during remote work: a sense of calm, attunement and being supported, even when not in the same room.
Paula's remote sessions focus on intention, presence and the body’s innate ability to restore balance. By tuning into the client with focused awareness, Paula creates a therapeutic environment where the nervous system can settle, the body can respond, and positive change can unfold — wherever the client happens to be.
Paula uses the Healy system as part of her wider wellbeing routine, and while the Healy is not a medical device and its effects vary from person to person, it is widely valued as a supportive tool that complements her other holistic therapies.
Many of Paula’s clients have found that remote sessions are just as effective as in‑person work. They often describe feeling calmer, more balanced and more connected during and after a distant session, even though they are in their own home and even may be unaware of when the session is happening. These experiences reflect what many people notice in holistic therapy — that focused intention, presence and attunement can support the body and mind regardless of physical distance. While everyone’s experience is unique, the consistent feedback from clients is that remote sessions offer the same sense of support, clarity and gentle shift that they feel when working with Paula in person.
